ISO is the length of sensitivity of the camera sensor. ISO allows you to brighten your pictures perfect in dark environments. A lower ISO represents a darker image and higher ISO represents a brighter image. A high ISO comes with some cons as it makes your image appear more grainier then a lower ISO picture. ISO allows you take pictures with a clear and sharp image .A low ISO image produces better colour and dynamic range which is the ability to capture details . Therefore ISO drastically can change the image quality. ISO can also the depth of field .Also this will change the depth of field depending on the ISO.With a lower ISO you will have a larger depth of field and with a high ISO, you will have narrow depth of field.

Aperture is a hole within the lens that allows the light to travel through. The aperture changes depending on how much light you want through. The wide aperture will pass a lot of light in the image resulting into brighter image . A smaller aperture makes the photo darker. In a dark environment you will want a larger aperture to let in as much light in possible to make your photo brighter. This is the same as your pupils as the will start to dilate when it gets dark |
